Refund Policy

MG Web Digital provides custom, strategy-led services.

Custom Engagements

All services are individually scoped and non-refundable once initiated.

Initiation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Review or assessment commencement

  • Allocation of time or resources

  • Strategic analysis or planning

Cancellations

If an engagement is cancelled prior to initiation, a refund may be considered at discretion, excluding transaction or administrative fees.

Failure to Deliver

If MG Web Digital is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a refund will be issued for the affected portion.

Disputes

Clients agree to contact MG Web Digital directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
